Woodstock Law, PC. is a boutique litigation and general practice law firm located in Woodstock, Vermont.  We have been serving clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire for more than 25 years.  Our firm was originally founded as Eaton & Hayes on April 1, 1991, by Harold “Duke” Eaton (now an Associate Justice on the Vermont Supreme Court) and Thomas Hayes.  Bonnie Badgewick joined the firm in 2001. The firm’s primary focus is on the defense of litigated matters in state and federal court, along with an active local general practice focusing on real estate transactions and land use, estate planning and probate, and family law.  Our attorneys are active members of local and national professional legal associations and regularly provide counseling and education for corporate and institutional clients.  We are also active members of many local and statewide organizations and non-profit groups, as well as enthusiastic citizens of our local communities.
